I'm convinced that Kayla is more of a magician, rather than a photographer. Our recent maternity session was pure MAGIC. There's no other way to describe it. It was raining for a couple days prior to our shoot, and I was convinced that the gloomy clouds would ruin our lighting. But Kayla didn't back down! She worked with what was dealt and I can't believe how beautiful our pictures turned out to be! We took our pictures in the Kern River bed and I have had several people tell me that it looked like we were at a beach, they couldn't believe we were still in Bakersfield! This was my first time meeting Kayla, but she made me feel as if we had been friends for quite awhile! I have never had a photographer that made me feel as comfortable as she did. I have so much love for her!

We were so worried when we started looking for a wedding photographer since our wedding was 4.5 hours drive from where we live. I searched Facebook and google and then finally found Kayla on Instagram and fell in love. Kayla met us at the dunes in pismo for our small beach wedding and she went above and beyond expectations. These photos are going to be treasured for ever, but what really made an impact was how personal it felt and how comfortable she made us feel.
